Happy Turkey Day!

I hope you all have had a blessed day today. My day was well... interesting. Everyone's nerves were tense today because my cousin is in the hospital with some pretty serious complications... She was bit in the hand by a poisonous spider and now she has several serious infections in her arm. So my family and I ate out this afternoon and spent the evening in the hospital. After a long day of gobbling turkey and dealing with family members, I am ready to crash. Nonetheless, I have to say that I am very thankful for all the blessings that I know God has given me: I'm thankful for a loving family, good food to eat, a warm bed, and for our great country that I am privileged to call my home.
